Your AI transformation is already too slow
The technology is ready, but most operating models are not.
My goal when I started this newsletter was to help people figure out how to use AI to do things better, faster, and cheaper.
When I quit my corporate job, I didn’t have much idea what I wanted to do.
I knew that AI was the most consequential technology shift since the Industrial Revolution, and that it could become more important than the internet or smartphones.
I needed to find a way to share that thinking with like-minded people who understood that it was now a people problem, not a technology problem.
The technology can do the task. The people are still pushing back.
They hate AI
They don’t want it in the workplace
They don’t want AI-generated content
They don’t want AI-generated work product
The exact people who would get the most leverage out of AI are people with experience, people with taste, and people with domain expertise.
So what is going on here?
