The term "liquid organizations" has already been in use since a decade or so. I'm not sure if you intentionally want to align yourself with what others did under this name before. Else it might be confusing.
But the ideas a solid. It resonates with the metaphor of shapeshifters, which I've used in my presentations before. All organizations will need to become like T1000. 😄
On the name saw the other uses but they didn't really have the concept where I thought it can go. It seemed heavily agile focused vs pure technology driven fluidity.
